Thyme - Dried Herb

It's winter here in Iowa, and that means fresh, farmstand herbs are unavailable ... BUT I was lucky enough to find Rhubarb Botanicals' dried herbs, especially Thyme, at a recent popup event. It's the perfect substitute for fresh. I break the dried herbs in my palm before adding to soups, stews, or whatever I'm cooking and I have never been disappointed. I also have Rosemary and Oregano and love them as well. I'm looking forward to expanding my dried herb collection! Thanks, Rhubarb Botanicals!
