Our 2025 Flower CSA is open!
Savor the beauty of locally grown, fresh cut flowers. Join our CSA and receive a sustainably grown, bountiful bouquet featuring the best blooms from our fields each week for the duration of your share.
Subscriptions are available for the months of June, July, August, and September with a discount for full season sign-ups. Flower CSAs will be available for pick-up at our Flower Farm in Mt Vernon, The Green House in Iowa City, and New Pioneer Co-op in Cedar Rapids. Learn more about our Flower CSA here.
Farmer's Market begins Saturday, May 3rd
We are bringing back a Mount Vernon-Lisbon Farmer's Market! Farmer's Markets will occur every Saturday from 9am-12pm, May 3rd through September 27th.
The first market will be Saturday, May 3rd from 9am-12pm. Plant starts, baked goods, fresh coffee, local produce, eggs, meat - and more!

HERBAL MEDICINE FROM THE HEART OF THE MIDWEST
OUR FARM
Our farm is located near Mount Vernon in east central Iowa. We cultivate over 80 varieties of medicinal and culinary herbs and more than 60 varieties of flowers on just over one acre using sustainable and regenerative practices. Our farm is registered with Certified Naturally Grown to verify our ecologically-driven growing practices.
OUR FLOWERS
We grow a wide variety of specialty cut flowers for our Flower CSA members, bouquets for Farmers Markets, DIY Bulk Buckets, and to supply local florists. Join our Flower Bouquet CSA for an entire summer of flowers, and visit us at the Iowa City Farmers Market & Cedar Rapids Downtown Markets on Saturdays for fresh flowers.
OUR HERBAL PRODUCTS
Herbalist-formulated tinctures and elixirs, therapeutic salves and balms, functional and delightful tea blends, & other small-batch seasonally-inspired creations. These vibrant herbal remedies are crafted from the plants we tend and harvest on our medicinal herb farm. Available for shipping nationwide or local pick up at our Flower Farm.
