Add to any tea

For my nervous tension & inflammation, I now add Milky Oats to my other teas for long-term use & benefits. I make a mason jar tea blend, cover it with a coaster, and let it steep while at work. I drink it when I get home. I brew another batch & let it steep overnight, to drink in the morning.
