To Brew - Combine 1 tbsp herbs with 10 oz of water in a pot. Bring to a gentle boil and then reduce heat to simmer, covered, for 10-30 minutes. Strain liquid into mug and enjoy as is or sweeten with honey and cream if desired. Add more water to the pot and re-steep two to three times before composting the herbs.

I find this tea very comforting and love the taste of it, I let it brew a few hours and a little plant based milk for a mid day treat.
